Maxanet makes uploading inventory and high-resolution photos easy and efficient. Use the integrated uploader for quick item creation or Excel Bulk Upload for detailed listings with custom fields. Manage photos with drag-and-drop tools, reorder images, and batch edit or delete. For large volumes, upload high-res images via ZIP files or Excel with external URLs—our system automatically matches them to the correct items.

Invoicing & Payments

Maxanet’s invoicing tools streamline post-auction billing with flexible options to generate, customize, and adjust invoices—all within our platform. Apply fees, add offline items, and include custom charges. Manage payments and refunds across multiple methods, send personalized invoice emails, and bulk charge credit cards on file. Admins can easily approve invoices, control bidder access, and download or print detailed or summary invoices for efficient management.

Credit Card Processing

MaxanetPay provides integrated, secure payment processing with built-in tools to streamline collections. Require credit cards on file, charge winning bidders automatically, and enable pre-bid authorizations or deposits. Features include bulk or individual invoice charging, partial payments and refunds, self-pay options, registration fees, and detailed reporting for full financial control.

Customize the display with options like countdown timers, auction details, layout styles, button colors, and more. We also provide a professionally designed WordPress website—fully installed, hosted, and maintained at no extra cost.

Maxanet simplifies consignor management with built-in tools to add or convert users into consignors, assign inventory, and automatically generate settlement reports. Apply flat-rate, percentage, or sliding scale commissions, along with one-time fees or credits. Share summary or detailed reports with filters like paid, unpaid, or no-bid items. Record payments and mark consignors as settled. Consignors can also log in to track items, view reports, and, if permitted, upload inventory and photos for admin approval.

Maxanet’s public auction pages are fully customizable to match your brand. Adjust logos, colors, fonts, and button styles, set custom navigation and subheader content, and control display settings like items per page, bid history, and label preferences. With multi-language support, social sharing tools, and global font settings, you can deliver a polished, professional auction experience—all managed easily within the platform.

Each auction in Maxanet includes powerful, downloadable reports in Microsoft Excel for streamlined post-sale management. Easily export a detailed Sales Tax Report showing all tax rates applied and collected, as well as full invoice data for accounting and reconciliation. The comprehensive Items Report includes inventory details, winning bidder and consignor information, payment status, shipment tracking numbers, pickup status, and more—giving you complete visibility and control in one convenient export.

Maxanet provides full control over all system-generated emails with a library of 50+ customizable templates. Admins can enable or disable individual emails, and easily edit the subject line, message content, and CC addresses to fit their communication style. From new bidder registrations and outbid alerts to invoice notifications, every message can be tailored to ensure a consistent, professional experience for both bidders and staff.

Maxanet’s Contacts page makes it easy to manage and engage your audience. Admins can import email addresses from the bidder list, specific auctions, or external Excel files directly into the email cart for bulk messaging. It’s an ideal tool for promoting new auctions or sending timely reminders to drive bidder engagement and maximize participation.
